Teresa Woods is the First Lady of Allen Chapel. She also handles all questions related to contributions, tax receipts and other financial matters. Her impeccable record keeping has been a major plus to our church.

Jeff Bell is our Head Church Musician. His musical abilities enhance every worship service as we enjoy some of the best gospel music Rockford has to offer.

Rev. Virgil M. Woods is the Senior Pastor of Allen Chapel AME Church. He joined us in 2004. He is also a Doctoral Student at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary on the campus of Northwestern University. For more information you may visit www.virgilwoods.com.

Nina Pryor-Stanford is the church Administrative Assistant. She is a life-long member of Allen Chapel and an outstanding college student. She is completing her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has three beautiful children, Jaylin, Shyheim and Ave.
